In the summer of 2018 I began learning to work with clay. This gallery is a partial catalog, in chronological order, of what I have produced since then.
(Unless otherwise indicated, all pieces were wheel-thrown from a dark-firing stoneware clay and reduction-fired to cone 10 in a gas kiln.)

Two white bottles (December 2020)
6" and 5.25" H. Majolica white on buff clay, fired to cone 5 in a neutral/oxidizing atmosphere in an electric kiln. The surface of these pieces is just irregular enough to avoid the dreaded "Crate and Barrel Ware" look.
